Terms and conditions for rental

Rent payable every 28 days in advance, or in full if stay is less
than 28 days.

A security deposit is required equivalent to one weeks rental.

The security deposit is refundable 7 working days after departure
provided there are no claims against it.

The security deposit cannot be used in lieu of the rent.
|

We require 28 days notice, unless departure date has been predetermined.
