These one and two bedroom executive serviced apartments in Southampton are only available through Prestige Corporate Services, with 3 and 4 star accommodation available at very competitive rates.

We guarantee that the pictures on this website are actual photographs of the apartments we are letting out and internal pictures for any particular property can be emailed to you on request.

Terms and conditions for rental

•	A booking fee of £100 will be required and returned on arrival.
•	Rent payable every 28 days in advance, or in full if stay is less than 28 days.
•	A security deposit is required equivalent to one weeks rental.
•	The security deposit is refundable 7 working days after departure provided there are no claims against it.
•	The security deposit cannot be used in lieu of the rent.
•	We require 14 days notice, unless departure date has been predetermined.

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled within 21 days of the arrival date a 50% charge will be incurred. Should we be fortunate to rebook the accommodation then a full refund less £100 administration fee will be deducted.
