These conditions govern all bookings made whether through our website, by email, or by other means with Prestige Corporate Apartments whose office is:

You accept these conditions yourself and on behalf of all members of your party whether you are booking as a guest or on behalf of others.
Any booking made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to rent the relevant property subject to these conditions. A contract between you and Prestige Corporate Apartments will only come into existence:
• If you are booking by telephone and an email confirmation has been sent to you.
• That your payment details have been accepted by Prestige Corporate Apartments.
• £100 accommodation holding fee has been paid by you. (This is the not the security deposit.)
• It is the responsibility of the client to notify Prestige Corporate Apartments how many adults and minors are in the proposed party.
Prestige Corporate Apartments will not accept any bookings made by paying guests under the age of 18 years and if necessary proof of identification may be requested at check in, if proof not given then we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
The holding fee of £100 will be deducted from the balance due which should be paid prior to key handover. Please note that should the balance due not be paid before key handover Prestige Corporate Apartments reserves the right to suspend or cancel the booking and the £100 holding fee will be forfeited. American or Diners cards will incur a transaction fee of 3% of the total payable all other credit cards 2%. There will be no charge for debit cards.
Prestige Corporate Apartments Accommodation Agreement is confirmation of your booking this agreement must be signed by the person/persons named, or personal authorised to do so, this applies to company bookings.
We require 14 days notice of any cancellations if less than this given 50% of the total amount will be incurred. Should Prestige Corporate Apartments manage to rebook the accommodation. Then you will receive a full refund less £100 administration fee.
Please note that the tariff quoted at time of booking can vary. Please ask at time of booking whether there are any discounts available.
In the rare case that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot deliver your requested accommodation, we reserve the right to replace that accommodation with an alternative of the same high standard. You would be notified immediately.
A security deposit may be taken to cover additional charges including breakages, damages and additional cleaning required (only in severe cases) during your stay. In the case where credit card details have been given to cover the one week's deposit Prestige Corporate Apartments after notifying you of the damage or soiling of furnishings the amount would be deducted from your credit/debit card.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Properties are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Any additional hours of occupation outside the available times will be charged at £20 per hour or part thereof.
All Prestige Corporate Apartments properties have a NO SMOKING POLICY. No pets of any description allowed in any of our properties, bicycles to be kept in undercroft garages or gardens where possible. Prestige Corporate Apartments reserve the right to enter the properties at any reasonable time for cleaning or repair, alternative arrangements can be made.
The visitor undertakes to keep the property and all furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period and to pay Prestige Corporate Apartments the value any part of the property its furnishing and contents that have been damaged. Breakages must be reported as soon as possible The visitor or any other member must not use the property or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities, or carry on there any acts that may be a nuisance or annoyance to Prestige Corporate Apartments neighbours. Prestige Corporate Apartments reserve the right to cancel any booking to be effective without refund if a guest's behaviour is causing a nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or uses threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff or neighbours in any way or manner. The guest/guests should live in an orderly fashion.
Although Prestige Corporate Apartments make every effort to ensure that guests enjoy a peaceful stay we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the properties or any other building as a whole including electricity, air conditioning, water or any damage, telephone, broadband, internet and other communications, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another property or part of the building. However upon notification from guest/guests Prestige Corporate Apartments will make every effort to rectify within a reasonable time restore all services and issues where possible.
FEEDBACK & COMPLAINTS
Prestige Corporate Apartments aim to deliver the best possible service but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our service or a member of our staff please inform the office immediately (tel: 0800 043 0068 or 07468 454 646, email: email@example.com). Our policy is to acknowledge any complaint immediately.
Prestige Corporate Apartments reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time. Should any guests be in breach of any of these conditions Prestige Corporate Apartments reserve the right to request the guests leave the property immediately.
Any information collected by us (i.e. credit/debit card, home address) will be destroyed when the guest leaves the accommodation.
FAILURE TO EXERCISE
The fact that Prestige Corporate Apartments does not exercise any of its rights under this agreement in any particular instance or breach or default by the visitor shall not constitute a waiver by Prestige Corporate Apartments of such right of any instance.
Any notice to be served on the visitor under the agreement may be given during the period of stay will be delivered by hand and left in the apartment/property.
If any provision of this agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part then the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
The agreement is for the period of the stay as outlined and signed by the guest in our Accommodation Agreement. Which does not form a tenancy agreement. The visitor shall not be entitled to a Tenancy Agreement or any shorthold Tenancy agreement. Or assured tenancy agreement or any statutory protection under the Housing Act 1988 or any other security of Tenure now or upon termination of the Accommodation Agreement.
The construction liberty and performance of the Accommodation Agreement shall be Governed by the Law of England and Wales and both parties submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Court of England and Wales irrespective of any claim, dispute or difference concerning these conditions and any matter arising from them.
Guests, this means any person not named on the Accommodation Agreement, will be charged £25 per person per night. Any unknown persons in the apartment/house will be asked to leave.
